This 2015 season has been tough and amazing all at the same time. I’ve had struggles from figuring out what division to compete in, from being lean but not lean enough, from waking up early for cardio and staying up late to finish a workout, from eating low carb week after week after week…from physical fatigue and mental fatigue… from not feeling good enough, from dealing with personal emotional issues and from trying to balance a busy career, social life with a strict training and meal plan for months. However, those struggles were necessary and were used as fuel. Everything was worth it to hear my name and number called in a top 5 placement, to see how proud my coach, friends and family are for my accomplishments… to feel proud of myself for not giving up every time I wanted to… to feel validated for getting recognized for what I worked so hard for…. makes me excited to do it all over again!!
I am so thankful for the support I have received from my friends, family, loved ones, followers, strangers…anyone everyone who has been liking, commenting, messaging, calling, texting, sharing and showing your encouragement/support in person, purchasing from my website…. you mean so much to me and really help motivate me to keep going!
