Treadmill Plank

 

  1. Set the treadmill to a very slow pace of 1 or 2 mph.
  2. Get into a plank position, behind the treadmill with your hands on the side of the treadmill base. Strive to keep your body in a straight line from head to heels.
  3. Place your hands on the treadmill and walk your hands forward for the duration of the exercise.
