- Grasp onto the handles and raise your left leg out in front of you off the ground.
- Next, begin exercise by squatting down with your right leg while keeping your left leg straight. Squat down as far as you can.
- Drive through the ground with your heel and return back to the starting position. This completes one rep.
- Perform all recommended repetitions, then switch legs and repeat.
