TRX Single Leg / Pistol Squats


  1.  Grasp onto the handles and raise your left leg out in front of you off the ground.
  2. Next, begin exercise by squatting down with your right leg while keeping your left leg straight. Squat down as far as you can.
  3. Drive through the ground with your heel and return back to the starting position. This completes one rep.
  4. Perform all recommended repetitions, then switch legs and repeat.
