Step 1: Grab one 10lb plate or less and give yourself some space.  Step 2: Do 8-10 lunges. Step 3: position the 10lb plate at the inside/side of your foot and alternate between squatting and sliding your foot and weight in the direction you want to travel. (You’re not kicking the weight but sliding it where you want it to go). Step 4: Repeat but be sure to switch the direction of the plate slide so your other leg gets the work too! Try to do 3-4 sets of this exercise on your next leg day! 💥 (Clips sped up to fit 1 min limit)

When training biceps, 😆 I like to incorporate barbells, dumbbells, cables, and other moves using just body weight or light weight medicine balls. I try not to repeat an exact exercise routine so even if I’m doing 4 sets of 4 exercises each week for a body part it’s never the same. I love doing cable curls with a rope attachment because I get to twist my wrists... something you cant do with a barbell. 👕 @superfreshclothes
