Elevated Feet Pike PushUps
- Get into pushup position with feet elevated onto a bench.
- Walk your hands backwards so that your butt is pointing straight up in the air. 🙂
- Lower your body until your head is just above the floor and then push yourself back up. Keep your core tight.
- Repeat Reccommended Repetitions.
