Elevated Feet Pike PushUps

  1. Get into pushup position with feet elevated onto a bench.
  2. Walk your hands backwards so that your butt is pointing straight up in the air. 🙂
  3. Lower your body until your head is just above the floor and then push yourself back up. Keep your core tight.
  4. Repeat Reccommended Repetitions.
