Reclining Cable Front Raises

 

  1. Start off setting up a low pulley cable machine with a rope or straight bar attachment, laying down on the ground with your feet extended out towards the machine and hold the bar at your waist.
  2. Slowly extend the rope/bar up and above your chest, squeezing in your shoulders and hold for a count.
    Return back to the starting position.
  3. Perform recommended repetitions
