Single Leg Elevated Push-ups with Tuck Jump

 

  1. Obtain/Locate a short bench, step or box.
  2. Get into a prone position on the floor, supporting your weight on your arms and place one foot on the bench, step or box. Your other leg can be suspended in the air or resting on your other leg.
  3. Perform a push up.
  4. While keeping the supporting leg on the box, stand up by bringing your other leg down to the ground and immediately explode into a single leg tuck jump.
  5. Return to Step 2.
  6. Repeat the recommended repetitions then switch legs and repeat.
