Medicine Ball Burpee Modification

 

  1. Begin standing with your legs shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold a medicine ball in front of you. (18lbs shown in video). This is your starting position.
  3. Raise medicine ball overhead, then immediately dropping down to the floor.
  4. Adjust your hands to the top of the medicine ball and kick your legs out behind you.
  5. From this position, perform a push up.
  6. Reverse out and return to starting position.
  7. Repeat recommended repetitions.
